Riley had a febrile fit while at childcare - turned out he had a chest infection. And Reece was down with bronchiolitis and gastroenteritis. There were four visits to the hospital in all. Both had chest x-rays and blood tests. And Reece was nebulised twice.
We finished almost four bottles of paracetamol in the week and a half they were ill. I had hardly any sleep and felt especially down over the Christmas weekend.
But the good thing about falling ill is RECOVERING! And recover they did. :)
On the first day of school in 2011, both the boys are well enough to go back to childcare and infantcare. And Reece has got a little Thomas bag to match Riley's!
